How can I request a return or exchange?

We care about your comfort and fully comply with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Consumer Rights Protection.” If you’ve changed your mind or the jewelry doesn’t suit you, you may request a return or exchange within the established timeframe.

Return and Exchange Conditions
According to Kazakhstani law, you can return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided it:

  • has not been worn,
  • retains its original condition, tags, packaging, and seals,
  • comes with the original receipt (paper or electronic).

Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items:
According to Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Consumer Rights Protection,” the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • custom-made pieces,
  • jewelry with personal engravings or other personalization,
  • items that have lost their original condition due to use.

How to arrange a return or exchange:

  2. If returning remotely, provide photos of the item and receipt.
  3. Bring the jewelry to one of our boutiques or send it via courier, after agreeing on the address and shipping method with our manager.

Return or exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed individually.

How to measure your ring size?

La Voie Nomade uses standard ring sizes common in the CIS. You can view our size chart or use the printable ring sizer provided in our size guide here.

How to store jewelry properly?

Careful storage is the key to your jewelry’s longevity:

  • Keep each piece in an individual pouch or case.
  • Avoid humid places — the bathroom is not ideal for storing jewelry.
  • For long-term storage, add a silica gel packet or a piece of dry cloth to absorb moisture.
Do I need to bring my jewelry in for maintenance?

Yes. We recommend professional maintenance at least once a year. This includes:

  • Checking the security of settings and clasps,
  • Professional cleaning tailored to the properties of each material,
  • Preventing potential damage through timely care.
How to take care of gold jewelry?

The 750 and 585 gold we use retains its beauty with minimal but regular care.

What to do:

  • Wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing it.
  • Avoid contact with chlorine and other harsh substances.
  • Store each piece separately to prevent friction and scratches.
How to take care of jewelry with other natural stones?

Among the stones we use are carnelian, onyx, malachite, turquoise, topaz, amethyst, and others. These stones are more delicate than diamonds and require especially gentle care.

Important to remember:

  • The stones are sensitive to impact, extreme temperatures, and chemicals.
  • Some may get scratched or lose their luster if stored improperly.
  • Use separate cases or soft pouches for each piece of jewelry.
How to take care of jewelry with natural diamonds?

Diamonds are the hardest of the precious stones, but even they require careful handling.

Care recommendations:

  • Do not store diamond jewelry in the same case, as the stones may scratch each other.
  • Avoid strong blows — a diamond can crack if you hit it at a certain angle.
  • For cleaning, use warm water with mild soap and a soft brush. It is allowed to add a drop of ammonia.
  • Do not use aggressive household products or abrasives.
What materials are used in La Voie* Nomade?

We work exclusively with natural gemstones, including real diamonds, and use 750 and 585 gold. Each product is created manually with careful elaboration of all the details.

Delivery Terms

For a pleasant and convenient shopping experience, we provide fast delivery throughout Kazakhstan.

Delivery costs:
1. Within Almaty — 2000 ₸, paid in advance before courier dispatch;
2. Across Kazakhstan — delivery via CDEK within 7–14 business days, cost is calculated individually;
3. Express delivery across Kazakhstan — CDEK delivery within 3–5 business days, cost is calculated individually;
4. Self-pickup from LA VOIE NOMADE stores — free of charge;

*Please make sure you can receive your order before 20:00. Otherwise, delivery will be postponed to the next day. Orders placed before 19:00 will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 19:00 will be delivered the next day.

Delivery within Almaty:

• Delivery is door-to-door to the address specified in the order;
• Delivery time: 1 to 3 days. During holidays, delivery times may be extended. Please confirm with our manager at +7 777 22 000 66.

Can I return the order to the courier?
Yes, you can contact the manager in the courier’s presence and arrange a return. The courier will collect the order. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Delivery across Kazakhstan:

• Delivery time: 3 to 14 days. During holidays, delivery times may be extended. Our manager will inform you after the order is placed, or you can call +7 777 22 000 66.
• Please check the integrity and completeness of the order in the presence of the courier.

Can I return the order to the CDEK courier?
Yes, contact our manager in the courier’s presence and arrange a return. The courier will collect the order. Delivery charges are non-refundable. All shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

Payment Terms

You can choose one of the following payment options:
• Cash payment upon delivery
You can pay in cash directly to the courier when receiving the order in Almaty. You will receive a fiscal receipt, order form, delivery note, and return form. These documents are required in case of product return.
NOTE: Cash payment is only accepted in the national currency of Kazakhstan — tenge.

• Online payment by bank card via ePay
You can pay with any Visa or MasterCard issued by any bank. When placing the order, select the Epay Halyk payment option.
