2. Delivery across Kazakhstan — shipped via CDEK, 7–14 business days, delivery cost is calculated individually;
3. Express delivery across Kazakhstan — shipped via CDEK, 3–5 business days, cost is calculated individually;
4. Pickup from LA VOIE NOMADE stores — free of charge;
*Please ensure you can receive your order before 8:00 PM. Otherwise, delivery will be made the next day. Orders placed before 7:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Delivery within Almaty
• Door-to-door delivery to the address specified in the order;

Can I return the order to the courier?
Yes, while the courier is present, please contact our manager to initiate the return process. The courier will take the order back. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Can I return the order to the CDEK courier?
Yes, while the courier is present, please contact our manager to initiate the return process. The courier will take the order back. Delivery charges are non-refundable. All shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the Buyer.
