The Seller provides a lifetime warranty on the goods, i.e., for the entire period of use of the goods by the Consumer. The Consumer has the right, within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, to exchange a purchased item of proper quality for a similar item of a different size, shape, dimension, style, color, or configuration available from the Seller, with the necessary price recalculation with the Seller in case of a price difference.
The exchange/return of goods of proper quality is possible provided that the goods have not been used, their commercial appearance, including packaging, seals, and labels (tags), has been preserved, the consumer properties are intact, and a document confirming the fact of purchase (fiscal or sales receipt) is provided.
Goods of proper quality with removed seals or labels (tags), in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Consumer Protection” No. 274-IV dated May 4, 2010, are not subject to exchange or return.
The exchange/return of goods of proper quality is carried out by the Seller no later than 30 calendar days from the moment the Consumer provides the goods and the required documents. In case the Consumer identifies defects in the goods and requests their replacement, along with expert confirmation of a manufacturing defect, the Seller is obliged to replace the goods within 30 calendar days from the moment the respective request is made.
Before proceeding with the exchange/return of goods of proper/improper quality, the Seller reserves the right to conduct an examination of the item. Independent examination of goods subject to exchange/return is carried out exclusively at the branches of the “Assay Office” of JSC “NATSEX.” The costs of examining goods of proper quality are borne by the Consumer. The Seller may deduct the cost of the examination from the refundable amount for the goods. In case a defect or flaw in the goods is confirmed, the examination costs are borne by the Seller; otherwise, they are borne by the Consumer.
We guarantee the long-term use of the items provided the Consumer adheres to the conditions of operation and storage.
By making payment for the purchased “LA VOIE NOMADE” items in our online store, you agree to the warranty conditions, storage, operation of jewelry items, and care recommendations outlined in the public offer on the website.
The warranty does not cover cases of damage to the jewelry item resulting from the Consumer’s failure to ensure proper conditions of operation and storage, nor does it cover premature wear of the galvanic coating for silver items with gilding.
